I stayed in this room over the weekend and it was wonderful. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by an employee (owner?), who walked us to the property where our room was. We were immediately enamored with the accommodations. The views are breathtaking and we especially loved the private outdoor jacuzzi. We spent a big part of our evening just sitting in front of the fire, reading and watching the ocean. It was perfect. Channel House is spendy, but it’s worth every penny if you want to do something special with someone you love.

Great oasis

The view was spectacular. It looks just like the pictures. The most comfortable bed ever. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and courteous. The tub was great on the deck. We will definitely be going again.

Home away from home

We have stayed in this room several times. It is situated perfectly to watch the Coast Guard come in and out of the bay right past the room. Relaxing, comfortable first rate accommodations here. Lovely breakfast and very professional, helpful staff. The room itself has comfy furniture and a DVD player built into the television--you can bring your own or get one free from the front office. Settle into watch a movie with the sliding door open and hear the crash of the waves and smell the fresh ocean air. The hot tub, while on the deck outside, is private and welcoming. On one of our visits, my husband and I were going to buy tickets to go whale watching on a charter boat. We rushed to our room to change and my husband called me over to the picture window only to see whales right outside our room. You won't be disappointed.
