Reservation Confirmations

One night’s payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation at Channel House and will serve as a deposit for your last night.

Payments

Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are secured with a one-night deposit for each unit booked.

If the reservation was made through a third party such as Booking.com or Expedia, cancellations will need to be initiated through their websites.

Reservation Cancellation

Should a reservation need to be cancelled, please contact us immediately, so we can make the unit available for someone else. All deposit refunds required due to a cancellation will have a $25 bank fee held.

We can also help with moving or modifying a reservation without fee. Gift Certificates are also available as an option for the deposit collected. Please contact our front desk with any questions

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests are welcome to check in between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. If you will be arriving after 7 p.m., please call us in advance so we may make arrangements for you.

Smoking

Channel House is a non-smoking environment, as such, there is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on the property. If a guest does smoke on the property, they will be responsible for all costs to repair damages and remove the odor.
