#10 THE SWIFTSURE

A ground floor oceanfront room. The room contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace, and a whirlpool on its deck. Like its counterparts, this room allows you to step off of your deck and stroll on the grassy area fronting the Channel House and get up close to the rocky bluff that sets the Channel House high above the ocean.

As always a romantic time had by both. We celebrated our first anniversary upstairs and now our forth in this room. We have grown in that time and look forward to the growth in the years to come. We have shared our "favorite spot" with family and friends and all come back saying WOW! We found ourselves saying WOW over and over all night! Breakfast was fabulous and so were the sights and sounds of the storm. WOW! - Steve & Molly
 

After a fabulous dinner we retreated to the hot tub outside. Full stomachs, fresh ocean air, warm water, the sound of waves crashing, each other … there could've been no better gift!! - John & Kristi

No real birthdays or anniversaries for us to celebrate, just a weekend getaway. The Channel House is an excellent romance hideaway. We had a great stay and hopefully we worked out all of the squeaks in the bed! - Bob & Shannon

We saw a whale on Saturday and one in the Channel this morning. We had a wonderful stay - the staff is great. - George & Judy

We spent four days here. We have seen two whales from our room - I had to actually sit up in bed to see one! The Oregon Coast is a lovely setting to do most anything. We chased wine and food. Without question, we found a winner. Channel House met our every expectation and we enjoyed the tub and the whale watching. We hope you will too. - Peter & Pam

We honeymooned here and have stayed several times since. This is our 9th anniversary. I know its been said time and time again but the view from the hot tub is truly spectacular! I can't think of anything better than sitting in the tub on a cool breezy night breathing in the fragrant salt air and watching the surf crash on the rocks below. What a sight!
