Similar in layout and size to the Cuckoo's Nest, this second floor unit on the southern wing of our property affords you an oceanfront view from every area of the suite. The suite contains a queen size bed, kitchen, two gas fireplaces and a whirlpool on a large deck. The suite can accommodate up to four individuals. $35, plus tax for each additional person.

Yesterday my boyfriend proposed to me on the coast then drove in to Depoe Bay. The Channel House is beautiful inside and especially outside. Sitting in the tub watching the stars listening to the waves crash was perfect. - Charity & Michael

We've lost track of how many times we've enjoyed being pampered by the Channel House crew … twice a year for many, many years - but they never fail to outdo themselves in hospitality. A beautiful room, magnificent view, the parade of boats, gulls, pelicans, gray whales leaping only a hundred yards out. Waves, tide pools … why are there televisions in the rooms? - Dave

We had two weeks. We went from Vancouver, B.C. down to Carmel, CA and back. Channel House definitely rates up there with the very best (in all ways). We had a great time here. The view is spectacular. - Joan & Dale

We've been visiting the Channel House since 1987. This is our first time back since 1992. It is just as special as old times but even better with the renovations, new hot tub, and clean paint. We look forward to our next visit.

We are celebrating 8 years of wedded bliss. We have stayed at many beautiful inns, in exotic locales, but we have never stayed so close to the ocean. It was so relaxing to listen to the waves crash on shore and to soak in the hot tub. Seeing whales for the bed in the morning will be an experience we will never forget. Two absolutely beautiful, sunny days - no fog or rain. Incredible view - it is breathtaking! Relaxing in the hot tub and reading on the deck were so enjoyable. Something about the sea helps clear the cobwebs and find their true north again. - Carl & Ellie
