The rooms are very clean and accommodating. Plus the views are splendid. Watching the ocean yesterday from this room; with the waves crashing against the rocks with their white sprays afterwards, I thought of how much stress and worrying are like the waves, always crashing in against our peace and serenity. And it was nice just to sit here and watch it instead of being apart of it. - Guy & Rebecca

Channel House holds a special place in my memory. I came here with my wife in 1991 just days before she suddenly died. She loved the coast and I return here with sweet nostalgia. Thank you for your generous hospitality. - Jack

We've been wanting to find time to come stay at the Channel House. After several days of camping in the Redwood National Park this felt absolutely luxurious … white towels, a view of the ocean from the warm cozy bed. It was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks. - Meghan & Todd

Well, we're back again at the Channel House after staying in the Swiftsure Room two nights ago. We had planned on staying at another hotel in the area but were so disappointed after staying here. One phone call and we got the last available room. Thank God! Comfortable bed, pounding surf and lots more love making. Quite the perfect weekend!! A carefully chosen retreat to the coast was something we had been looking forward to for months. We love our children but were in desperate need of a relaxing getaway. My husband does not like bed and breakfast hotels but I convinced him that the Channel House would be all that one could expect in privacy, comfort and romance. His pleasantly surprised look was all I needed to know he approved when we stepped into the lobby. Our retreat has been wonderful not to mention Kerry's excitement to golf for 3 whole days.
