CHANNEL HOUSE ROOMS AND RATES

All Room Rates include a hearty continental breakfast for two in the spectacular setting of our breakfast room overlooking the entrance to the Channel and the Pacific Ocean. This breakfast must be consumed in our breakfast room.

All units have private baths, phone and cable television.
A new addition to our services is a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Note:  The listed winter rates are in effect from 1 November 2007 through 30 April 2008 for Sunday through Thursday only, excluding holidays.  Also, we are privileged to offer a special promotional this year. For the period up to 16 March and the full month of April,  again Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, the first night will be at the winter rate (25% off of regular rates) and each additional night will be at 50% off the regular rate.  Call us with your needs or wishes, mention the winter promotional and we'll be glad to help you.

Channel and oceanfront suite, this is one of the premiere suites here at the Channel House. A top floor, corner unit located in the northern wing, the suite contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace, and whirlpool on the deck. Your bedroom affords you a spectacular ocean view. It doesn't get much better than this!

A top floor oceanfront suite located in the northern wing of the property, this suite also contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace and whirlpool on the deck. If you are looking for privacy in your hot tub, you can't get much more privacy than the Captain's Quarters.

A similar layout to the Admiral's Suite, this suite is also oceanfront and affords you a corner view of the ocean as well as the inlet into and out of Depoe Bay. A second floor unit located in our northern wing, this suite contains a queen bed, gas fireplace and whirlpool on the deck. Listen to the pounding surf crashing on the rocks below as you fall asleep at night.

A similar layout to the Captain's Quarters, this second floor unit is located in the northern wing of our property. This suite contains a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and a whirlpool on a private deck.

A beautiful top floor suite located on our southern wing, this suite affords you panoramic views from your living room and bedroom. Another of our premiere suites, this suite contains a queen size bed; two gas fireplaces, and a whirlpool on a large deck. The suite also contains a full kitchen. This room can also adjoin with room #6 to provide a nice setting for two couples traveling together. This is one of two rooms containing a hide-a-bed that can accommodate more than two individuals. $35.00, plus tax for each additional person.

#6 The Crow's Nest

A small room with a partial ocean view, this room has a double bed with a private bath. The room is better suited for single occupancy due to its space limitations, however romance can abound from this cozy room.

The second of our partial ocean view rooms, this room has a quaint sitting area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or late evening cup of tea, and then enjoy your separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath.

Similar in layout and size to the Cuckoo's Nest, this second floor unit in the southern wing of our property affords you an oceanfront view from every area of the suite. The suite contains a queen size bed, kitchen, two gas fireplaces and a whirlpool on a large deck. The suite can accommodate up to four individuals. $35, plus tax for each additional person.

#9 Spouting Horn Room

One of three oceanfront ground floor rooms, the room contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace and a whirlpool on its deck. The smallest of the Channel House's three rooms, you can step out of your room onto your deck and hear the thunder of waves crashing onto the rocks below.

#10 The Swiftsure

A ground floor oceanfront room. The room contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace, and a whirlpool on its deck. Like its counterparts, this room allows you to step off of your deck and stroll on the grassy area fronting the Channel House and get up close to the rocky bluff that sets the Channel House high above the ocean.

#11 Fore Deck

The premier room at the Channel House, this corner room affords you an oceanfront view while being situated directly at the inlet into and out of the smallest harbor in Oregon. Like our other two ocean front rooms, the room contains a queen size bed, gas fireplace and whirlpool out on its deck. It also is distinguished by having a plasma, flat screen TV and DVD player.

#12 Suite Salt Air

The only ground floor oceanfront suite, the room is conveniently located next to our breakfast room and affords you spectacular views of the ocean and the channel. The room has a king size bed and gas fireplace. Its whirlpool is situated on a very large deck that affords our guests the ability to peacefully sit outside and enjoy the cooling breezes of fall, or soak up the sunrays of the summer.

Located five doors to the south of the Channel House, this third floor oceanfront unit affords you spectacular views of the expansive Pacific Ocean below from its semi-private deck. The suite, similar in size to a suite at the Channel House, has a separate living and bedroom area with a queen size bed, gas fireplace and a whirlpool out on the deck.
