CHANNEL HOUSE POLICIES
To Confirm a Reservation:
In order to confirm a reservation at the Channel House, a first night's payment is required in advance and will serve as a deposit.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are welcome.
Cancellation:
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled with more than 14 days notice and you will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a
$25 service fee. Cancellations or shortened stays with less than 14 days notice will be forfeited unless we are able to
rebook the room at the same rate.
Check in and out times:
Check in is between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Channel House is a
non-smoking establishment, and not an appropriate environment for children. No pets are allowed.
Transient Room Tax and Additional Persons: Rates are subject to a 9% room tax, are based on double occupancy,
and are subject to change without notice. Suites 5 and 8 can accommodate two additional adults. For each additional adult,
there will be a charge of $35.00 plus tax.
