MAPS & DIRECTIONS

The Channel House is approximately 2 hours from Portland, 1-½ hours from Salem, 2-½ hours from Eugene, and 5-½ hours from Seattle. You can take many alternative routes to arrive here, but once in Depoe Bay you can't miss the Channel House.

From Seattle/Portland:
Take I-5 to Highway 99W heading to the ocean beaches. Take the left turn onto Highway 18 on the east side of McMinnville. Proceed on Highway 18 all the way out to Highway 101, just north of Lincoln City. Follow Highway 101 south to Depoe Bay. Once you enter Depoe Bay, proceed through the traffic signal, across the bridge and take your first right after the bridge. The Channel House will be on the right hand side.

From Salem:
Take Highway 22 to Highway 18 to Highway 101. As above, the juction is just north of Lincoln City. Follow Highway 101 to Depoe Bay. Once you enter Depoe Bay, proceed through the traffic signal, across the bridge and take your first right after the bridge. The Channel House will be on the right hand side.

From Eugene:
Take Interstate 5 north to the Highway 34 exit, 4 miles south of Albany. Follow Highway 34 west. Just prior to reaching Corvallis, take the left turn heading to the Oregon Beaches. After crossing the Willamette River, you will join Highway 20 which will take you out to the coastal town of Newport and Highway 101. Proceed North on Highway 101 until you enter the town of Depoe Bay. Look for the Siletz Smokehouse on your right and the Channel Bookstore on your left. Turn left at the bookstore; the Channel House will be on your right. If you come to or cross the bridge, you have gone too far.
